This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with a prayer to quash the order dated 01.09.2016 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chandil, Seraikella-Kharsawan in Misc. Case No.105 of 2016 by which the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chandil, Seraikella- (2025:JHHC:19188) 2 Cr. M.P. No.3418 of 2017 Kharsawan has promulgated a prohibitory order in exercise of the power under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said order dated 01.09.2016 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chandil, Seraikella-Kharsawan in Misc. Case No.105 of 2016 is no more in force after the expiry of statutory maximum period of two months hence, the prayer made in this Cr.M.P. has become infructuous. 4. Since admittedly the impugned order dated 01.09.2016 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chandil, Seraikella-Kharsawan in Misc.
