GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent, Inspector of Police, Mangalagiri, in calling the petitioner to Police Station and pressurizing him to settle the dispute with the fourth respondent under the time barred Agreement of Sale dated 14-11- 2014 as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and also violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.” 2 2. Ms.P.Lalitha Kamesh, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that Police are repeatedly calling the Petitioner to the Police Station and pressuring him to settle the dispute with Respondent No.4. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, based on the complaint given by Respondent No.4, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station for enquiring into the matter. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.4. There shall be no order as to costs.
