The present petition under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed against the order dated 10.02.2025 passed by 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, District Bilaspur (CG) in Criminal Revision No.161/2024 arising out of order dated 19.07.2024 passed by the JMFC, Takhatpur, District Bilaspur in Criminal Case No.206/2011. 2. The petitioners/accused filed an application before the JMFC, Takhatpur for closure of prosecution evidence which was rejected vide order dated 19.07.2024. Against the said order, the petitioners preferred a revision i.e. Criminal Revision No.161/2024 which was dismissed by learned 3nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, District – Bilaspur (C.G.) vide impugned order dated 10.02.2025 leading to the filing of this petition. Learned counsel for the State as well learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that one of the co-accused Sourabh Sahu in Criminal Case No.206/2011 filed CRMP No.1690 of 2025 which has been disposed of by the coordinate Bench of this Court and the direction for expeditious trial of the case has already been issued in the case concerned. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 5. The petition filed by the co-accused has been disposed of by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08-08-2025 passed in CRMP No.1690 of 2025 wherein in para 3 to 7 it has been observed that :- “3. The trial is going on since September, 2011. There are total 53 witnesses out of which, as per learned counsel for petitioner, only 15 witnesses have been examined till date. Trial is taking consideration time for its conclusion. 4 Taking these facts into consideration, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and ensure that the trial is concluded as expeditiously as possible. 5. The prosecution wing and the petitioner are also directed to render full cooperation in expeditious conclusion of the trial. 6. Accordingly, the present CRMP stands disposed of. 7. The Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order forthwith to the trial Court concerned as well as the prosecution wing for necessary information.” 6. In view of the aforesaid direction and observation made in CRMP No.1690 of 2025 (Sourabh Sahu Vs.
