Order directing the authorities to decide an issue remains uncomplied with till date. 2. Justification is that, the appellant did not respondent to the three notices. 3. There is nothing on record which remotely suggests that, the authorities were unable to decide the issue without any response being received from the appellant. 4. There is nothing to suggest even remotely that, the Board could not on the alleged failure to respond to the first notice by the appellant could not decide the issue. 5. The applicant before us is sitting on money legitimately belonging to the appellant. The authorities are deliberately not deciding the issue. 6. In the event, the decision is not taken and communicated to the appellant by June 19, 2025, 2 the deciding authority will pay interest at the rate of 24% per annum, compounded monthly to the appellant.
