That the respondents may be ordered to treat the petitioner as temporary employee in the regular establishment from the date he completed 240 days of service and his appointment may be reckoned with, from the date he completed 240 days service as temporary employee, in the regular establishment and the entire service rendered by the petitioner be counted for the purpose of pension and other retiral benefits under the Pension Rules, 1972.” 2. Learned vice counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment rendered in Yadvinder Kumar Versus HPSEBL and Anr.1, he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh 1CWP No.1076 of 2025, decided alongwith connected matters on 06.03.2025 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes -2- in accordance with law, seeking appropriate relief(s) with necessary pleadings for claiming pension under the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972. 3.
