Report as called for by the order dated March 4, 2024 filed in Court be taken on record. Post bail misconduct is not of such nature as to call for cancellation of bail granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge on February 16, 2024. Police noted the complaints and took appropriate steps. Trial is in progress. Police case is dated September 10, 2023. The report suggests requirement of modifying one of the conditions of bail by directing the opposite party not to enter into the jurisdiction of the local police station and not to contact any of the prosecution witnesses either physically or in any manner including electronic form.
