Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Respondents have filed the compliance affidavit, placing on record consideration order dated 20.12.2025. 2. Learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners submitted that though the respondents have re-fixed the pay of the petitioners by granting them benefit of higher pay-scale, however, arrears due to the petitioners from the date of completion of two years of regular service as Patwaris have not been released. 3.
