The prayer in the writ petition is to consider the representation dated 04.08.2025 seeking to dispose of the representation dated 04.08.2025. As the prayer is to consider the representation, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 04.08.2025 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 4 4.
