HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 7014 of 2025 Court No. - 17 HON'BLE SUBHASH VIDYARTHI, J.
1. Heard Shri Sudhir Kumar Mishra, the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought the issuance of a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Uttari, Court No.25, Sultanpur to decide the Original Suit No.18 of 2013 (Ram Sajivan Vishwakarma Vs. Daya Ram and Ors.), expeditiously.
3. Upon the Court's query, the learned counsel for the petitioner could not even inform, as to whether, the evidence has been led in the suit and he merely submitted that pleadings have been completed and the matter is fixed for final disposal.
4. Lack of awareness of the learned counsel for the petitioner that after completion of pleadings, evidence is also required to be led shows the pathetic condition of level of assistance being rendered by learned counsel to this Court.
5. In absence of any information regarding the status of evidence, no direction can be issued for expeditious disposal of the suit at this stage.
6. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed. December 10, 2025 V. Sinha Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sudhir Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) :
