Borah, Page No.# 2/2 learned Add. Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. By this application, the petitioner has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Kachudaram P.S. Case No. 32/2025 registered under Section 109(1)/115(2)/118(2)/3(5)/351(3) of BNS, 2023. 3. The FIR dated 20.07.2025 lodged by the father of the victim reveals that on 20.07.2025 while his son the victim was driving his auto rickshaw, the petitioner stopped the said auto rickshaw and objected and argued with the victim and that the accused punch the victim and threatened to kill him. 4. The learned prosecution side submits that in the meantime the case has been charge-sheeted. 5. In such view of the matter, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.08.2025 is hereby made absolute with the following conditions:- (i) shall available for trial. (ii) shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 6. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands allowed and disposed of. 7. Send back the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
