Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused all the materials placed before this Court. 3. It is seen that though the petitioner has constructed his house and is residing there in the subject land, it is classified as poramboke land. That apart, the petitioner requested patta for the entire extent of 1.42 acres. In view of the above discussion, this writ petition is dismissed.
