This petition has been filed with the following prayer: "To issue a direction to the opposite party no.1 to decide the review application as well as the mutation application (Mutation Application No: CB-MT-FAIZ/2022-10-14-002701 Ram Nath Sharma Vs Munshi Ram) of the petitioner on its merit as early as possible in the interest of justice, which is contained as Annexure No. 1 to this petition." 2. We have heard the counsel for the petitioner. There is no counsel representating the Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Ayodhya. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that he had filed a Mutation Application No. CB-MT-FAIZ/2022-10-14-002701 (Ram Nath Sharma versus Munshi Ram) before the Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Ayodhya for recording of his name in G.L.R. of the Cantonment Board and expunging the name of the private respondent-Munshi Ram. Such application was rejected by the Chief Executive Officer. The petitioner has filed the Review/Revision Application on 19/20.11.2024 against the order dated 08.09.2023. Till date the same has not been decided. 4.
