This matter is listed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952. On 07th October, 2025, the Court had passed the following order which reads as under:- "1. The matter is listed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952. 2. The record indicates that the notices were issued to the proposed respondents and steps were to be taken within a period of one week vide order dated 12.11.2024. 3. As per the office report dated 27.11.2024, steps have yet not been taken, accordingly, in the interest of justice, a week's time is granted to the petitioner to take steps in terms of the earlier order. 4. In case if the steps are not taken within the aforesaid period, the matter shall come up after service on 03rd November, 2025, however, if the steps are not taken, the matter shall be listed immediately after the expiry of the aforesaid period under the appropriate heading and only till the next date of listing, the interim order granted earlier shall continue." Apparently, the order of 07th October, 2025 has not been complied with and therefore the matter is again listed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
