The record indicates that the matter is being adjourned repeatedly at the behest of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the one ground or the other. Today again, an illness slip has been sent. Considering the aforesaid, the matter is adjourned fixing 5.4.2025. List this case on 5.4.2025. In case if the learned counsel for the petitioner has any difficulty in arguing the case on the next date, he shall make an alternate arrangement as the court is not inclined to adjourn the case any further since the matter relates to the year 2010."
