Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned A.G.A. appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 and Shri Gulam Rabbani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4 2. Under challenge is the impugned F.I.R. dated 12.11.2025 bearing F.I.R. / Case Crime No.0140 of 2025, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Mawai, District- Ayodhya, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition. Further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the impugned F.I.R. 3. There is a consensus at Bar that the matter in dispute is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court dated 25.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.11117 of 2025 in Re: Shiv Kumar vs. State of U.P. and Others, wherein this Court has dealt with the issue and has dismissed the petition. 4. Keeping in view the aforesaid consensus in the case of Shiv Kumar (supra), no case for interference in the impugned F.I.R. is made out. 5. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
