Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as Sri Rajdeep Singh, learned AGA-I for the State-opposite party no.1 and perused the record. 2. By means of this application, the applicants have prayed for quashing of the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.6731 of 2021, Subhash Yadav Vs. Suresh Yadav and others, under Section 200 Cr.P.C., Police Station Madiaon, District Lucknow as well as the summoning order dated 24.08.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-III, Lucknow. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application on merits, however, he submits that applicants are ready to move an application for discharge through counsel under the provisions of Cr.P.C., to which learned counsel for the State, does not have any objection. 4. Accordingly, the applicants are granted liberty to file an application for discharge in conformity with the provisions of Cr.P.C., within a period of two weeks from today. In case such application is filed within the stipulated time, the trial court is directed to dispose of the same within a further period of six weeks thereafter. The applicants are also granted liberty to appear through their counsel.
