ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
1. nd respondent in not taking action on the petitioner declaring the action of the 2 grievance/representation dated 27.01.2025 for the cancelation of the Community Certificate (S.C.Mala) in the name of the 5*^ respondent, as illegal. irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2"^ respondent to conduct an enquiry and to cancel the Community Certificate stands on the name of the 5*^ respondent. During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pending writ petition, the Community Certificate (S.C. Mala) in the name of the respondent was cancelled, as such, the claim of the petitioner is redressed.

3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the claim' of the petitioner is already redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
4. In the result, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
