The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, fairly submitted that since, today is the last date for submitting the work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of the Plans and Machineries certificate, the certificates will be issued to the petitioner by today itself. 4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
