17.08.2017. He further submits that petitioner is a hard-worker and no inquiry is pending against her but her name has not been considered for promotion to the post of Assistant Grade-I. He contends that respondents No. 3 and 4, who are juniors to her have been promoted to the post of Superintendent, thus there is vacancy in the department. He prays that petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before respondent authorities in this regard and respondent authorities may be directed to decide such representation expeditiously. 2) On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes. 3) Heard. 4) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Singh, this petition at this juncture is being disposed reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to make a representation ventilating her grievances before the Engineer-In-Chief Department Of Public Health Engineering i.e. respondent No. 2, who in turn is directed to decide such representation, preferably within period of 90 days from the receipt of such representation, if so moved by petitioner, strictly in accordance with law. 5) Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
