Vakalatnama filed by Mrs. Aditi Tripathi, learned counsel on behalf of the respondent no.2 is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Brijendra Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1 and Mr. Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3, 4 & 5. Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the O.P. No. 3 & 4 to implement the decision of promotion of the petitioner taken in the 60th Meeting of the O.P. No.5 whereby the petitioner has been promoted from Assistant Professor (AGP 8000/ Level-12) to the post of Associate Professor (AGP 9000/ Level-13A1) with effect from 03.01.2017 and make payment of salary to the petitioner as and when the same is due per month for the post of the Associate Professor. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the O.P. No. 3 & 4 to make the payment of the arrears of the salary of the petitioner along with interest from 03.01.2017 i.e. from the date she has been promoted in terms of the decision of the O.P. No. 5." And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Assistant Professor, which is feeding cadre on 14.2.2025 but till date, the recommendation of the promotion committee has not been executed. He submitted that interest of justice would be sub-served, if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders for executing the recommendation of promotion within stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the respondents did not refute that the petitioner has been promoted. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to move fresh representation before the respondent no.3 /Director, Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur for execution of the recommendation of promotion committee, within the period of three days and if such representation is moved that shall be considered by the respondent no.3, within further period of two weeks, in accordance with law.
