Mr. Neel Kamal Sharma, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents No. 1 & 2. CMP No. 32480 of 2025 By way of the present application, applicant/respondent No. 1 has prayed for release of compensation amount. Since the appeal filed by the appellant/insurance company has been withdrawn on 05.12.2023, the amount falling to the share of applicant/respondent No. 1, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in her favour. However, the amount may be remitted in the account individually operated by her. Mr. Neel Kamal Sharma, Advocate, undertakes to furnish the particulars of the bank details of applicant/respondent No. 1 within three weeks. However, before remitting the amount in the account of applicant, the account number supplied by the applicant/respondent No. 1 may be verified. The application is accordingly disposed of. CMP No. 32988 of 2025 The present application under Order 32 Rule 12 of the Code of Civil Procedure, for discharging natural guardian, namely Pushpa Devi has been filed by applicant/respondent No. 2. Since, applicant/respondent No. 2 has attained majority, as evident from the factum of copy of matriculation examination certificate appended with the application, perusal of which shows that applicant/respondent No. 2 namely, Anil Kumar is born on 21.07.1995, the present application is allowed and the natural guardian is discharged and applicant is permitted to pursue the litigation in his personal capacity. The application is accordingly disposed of. CMP No. 32462 of 2025 By way of the present application, applicant/respondent No. 2, namely Anil Kumar, has prayed for release of compensation amount. Since the appeal filed by the non- applicant/appellant has been withdrawn on 05.12.2023, the amount falling to the share of the applicant/respondent No. 2 is ordered to be released in his favour along with up to date interest. Since the account number mentioned in the application is joint, the amount may be remitted in the account individually operated by him. Details of bank account be furnished by the learned counsel representing him. Learned counsel representing applicant/respondent No. 2 undertakes to furnish the particulars of the bank details of applicant/respondent No. 2 within three weeks. However, before remitting the amount in the account of applicant, the account number supplied by the applicant/respondent No. 2 may be verified. The application is accordingly disposed of.
