Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that in compliance of the judgement and order passed by the writ court, the representation of the applicant has been decided by an order dated 21.11.2023 and copy of the same has been filed alongwith compliance affidavit filed on 24.02.2024, against which no objection has been filed by the applicant, hence the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same is liable to be dismissed. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has prayed that the present contempt application may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant to challenge the same by filing a writ petition. 3. As such, the present contempt application/ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4. The notice, if any, issued against the respondent is hereby discharged. 5.
