Civil Writ Petition No. 7958/2015 and the order passed in Review Petition No. 90/2018. 2. Our attention has been drawn to the order dated 21st February 2025 passed in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 571/2021 and batch cases. 3. By that order, challenge laid by the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation to the orders passed by the writ Court and the review Court has failed observing that no case is made out for entertaining these appeals. In the present Special Appeal the appellants have not pleaded any specific ground so as to distinguish this matter from the order passed by Co-ordinate bench in D.B.
