The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "I. Issue a suitable writ order or direction directing the respondent no. 2 District Supply Officer, District Gorakhpur to decide the petitioner's application dated 27.11.2024 for the allotment of Fair Price Shop within specified period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application of the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent no.2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that application of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that application of the petitioner pending before respondent No.2 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
