While placing on record communication dated 14.08.2025, issued under the signatures of General Manager (Admn), Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel representing respondent Nos. 2 to 4 states that decision has already been taken to implement the judgment sought to be executed in the instant proceedings and in that regard, instructions already stand issued to the Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Dharamshala. Having perused the aforesaid communication, which his taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned counsel for the respondents. Careful perusal of aforesaid communication clearly reveals that Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Dharamshala has been directed to implement the judgment and release the consequential benefits in five annual equal installments, as per the Finance Department instructions dated 07.01.2012. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and, accordingly, same is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, undertaken to be released in five annual equal installments, are paid well within time, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken towards execution/implementation of the judgment sought to be executed.
