This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is therefore, that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this revision petition and set aside the impugned judgment dated 06.03.2019 (Annexure A-1) passed by learned Second Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Raipur in Misc. Criminal Case No. 65/2014 (Parties being Simmi Verma and another Vs. Dinesh Kumar Verma) or order of maintenance amount of Rs. 6,000/- may kindly be adduced, in the interest of justice.” 4. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone.
