In view of the facts that the complaint was filed in December, 2024 and long dates are being fixed, the revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned trial court to conclude the proceeding in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible by taking into consideration the statutory stipulations contained in the N.I.
