The learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record for Agriculture a copy of the letter addressed by the Director of Agriculture addressed to the Government Pleader for Agriculture, vide letter No.Court case / 01 / 2025 dated 15.07,2025 wherein it is stated that the total value of the subsidy in respect of the supply by the petitioner is Rs.4,29,28,498/- under SMAM, out of which an amount of Rs.2,55,70,443/- had already been balance payable is only Rs.1,73,58,055/-. It the petitioner had not provided any documentary evidence, such as, certified invoices, approved status on the DBT portal, purchase paid and the is further stated that 3 BSB,J W.P. 13762 of 2025 orders, permission letter or relevant sanction proceedings and in the absence of such proof, the respondents are unable to accurately trace or verify the amounts claimed in the affidavit and further that the government is releasing the budget in a phased manner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the necessary documents had already been submitted and therefore, they could reconcile, however, the petitioner will submit once again the required documents. He further submitted that the petitioner is entitled to amount more than what is admitted in the letter and the petitioner may be permitted to submit the documents in support of the additional amount due to the petitioner. 03. 04. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit certified invoices, approved status on the DBT portal, purchase orders, permission letter or relevant sanction proceedings to the 3'^'^ respondent within 10 days and thereafter the respondents shall within three months make the payment of Rs. 1,73,58,055/- (One crore seventy three lakhs fifty eight thousand and fifty five only) and other sum if any, on proof to the satisfaction of the 3"^ respondent.
