Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gandey P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 24 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 96 and 64(2)(m) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4/6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed the 16 years old daughter of the Informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. Statement of the victim was recorded during the investigation in which she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship, according to her own wish. 5. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih in connection with Gandey P.S.
