Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition have prayed for the following relief:- " Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 13.01.2022 passed by the Respondent no.2, by means of which appeal filed by the petitioner under section 77 of U.P. Minor Minerals Rules, 1963 and the impugned order dated 11.12.2019 passed by the respondent no.3, whereby directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.97,28,934.00 through treasury chalan for illegal mining of 38,606.87 cubic meter." 3. Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the controversy in the instant case is settled by judgment of this Court in a bunch of writ petition leading of which is Writ-C No.- 13948 of 2020 (M/S Shalimar Stone Crusher Thru. Prop. Labh Singh Vs. State of U.P. Thru. Secy. Geology and Mining and others). In view of submissions advanced by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, the impugned orders dated 13.01.2022 and 11.12.2019 are quashed and the writ petition is allowed in terms of direction contained in order dated 19.11.2022 passed in Writ-C No.- 13948 of 2020 (M/S Shalimar Stone Crusher Thru.
