Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opp. Parties particularly opp. party no.1 to pass such order in respect of transfer of petitioner to District-Gorakhpur from District- Azamgarh considering the disability of husband of petitioner Vijay Kumar Gupta who is suffering from Locomotor Disability / Bone disability and he is 65% disabled. person and as per government order dated 06-05-2025 para 5(IV), the person having disability of 40% can be transfer." 3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 1 i.e. Principal Secretary, Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided in the light of paragraph 5(IV) of the government order dated 6th May, 2025 within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
