The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to make the remaining payment of compensation with regard to the acquisition of land of the petitioner having Araji no. 556M area 0.170 hectare, situated in the village and post-Shahroj, tehsil Sadar, district Mau. 3. In response to the earlier orders, learned Standing Counsel has placed the detailed instruction dated 4.7.2025 sent by District Magistrate, Mau, which has been taken on record. He submits that total compensation to the tune of Rs. 2,45,949/- has already been paid to the petitioner qua the acquisition of land of the petitioner. 4. In view of the categorical instruction, we are of the view that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the authority concerned. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the categorical instruction.
