Mazumdar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. This anticipatory bail application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending her arrest for offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Tandwa PS Case No. 244 of 2023 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. Considering that there is an allegation of assault made by this petitioner this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to her. Once she surrenders before the Court concerned her case will be considered specially taking into consideration that she is a lady. 5. This anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
