The petitioner is challenging Annexure-G, which is essentially a show-cause notice calling upon the petitioner to submit documents as to why Eviction Proceedings should not be effected. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9612 WP No. 5584 of 2025 2. Learned counsel, however, submits that a reading of the notice would indicate that it is actually an order of eviction. 3. It is also not in dispute that pursuant to the said notice, petitioner has also given a representation vide Annexure-H and has also produced documents in support of his contention regarding his claim over the land. 4. In my view, since the petitioner apprehends eviction even before consideration of his objection, it would be appropriate to direct the Thasildar to consider the objections raised by the petitioner including the contention that he has made an application for regularization of unauthorized occupation and the same is pending consideration. 5. Until the consideration of the objections filed by the petitioner, no coercive steps shall be taken against - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:9612 WP No. 5584 of 2025 the petitioner. This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of. 6. In view of the disposal of the petition, all pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
