Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite party No.1 and Mr. Utsav Mishra, learned counsel for opposite party No.2. 2. Petition has been for the following main reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opposite Party No. 2 to consider the case of the Petitioner as eligible for appointment to the post of Junior Analyst (Drug) for that she has been declared successful and her document verification has already been done and as per merit of the scheduled caste candidate, if she qualifies the merit, the result may be declared. (ii) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opposite Party No.2 to also consider the B.Tech (Bio-Technology) Degree as equivalent to the Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy." 3. Mr. Utsav Mishra, learned counsel for opposite party No.2 submits that selection process is still going-on. 4. Since consideration of relief sought in prayer (i) would be Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Hemant Kumar Mishra, Arti Ganguly, Ranjeet Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Utsav Mishra Priyanka .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Food Safety And Durg Administration Lko. And Another .....Respondent(s) dependent upon decision to be taken with regard to prayer (ii) for which State Government is competent, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No.1, i.e., State of U.P. through its Principal Secretary, Department of Food Safety and Drug Administration, U.P. Civil Secretariat, Lucknow. 5. It has also been submitted that the aforesaid process is already under consideration with the State Government. 6. In view of aforesaid, opposite party No.1, i.e., State of U.P. through its Principal Secretary, Department of Food Safety and Drug Administration, U.P. Civil Secretariat, Lucknow is directed to decide representation pertaining to equivalence, expeditiously, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. In case equivalence is granted, petitioner's case with regard to prayer (i) shall also be considered. 7. With the aforesaid direction(s), petition stands disposed of.
