The writ petition has been filed after the auspicious day had concluded. 4. In light of the same, no relief can be given to the petitioner at this point of time. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 6. A word of caution is required to be given to the authorities, who rejected the application of the petitioner on the last occasion. We make it clear that in the event, the petitioner makes such a similar application next year, the authorities shall pass a reasoned order on his application two weeks prior to the auspicious day.
