It is further prayed that the proceeding of case vide Charge Sheet No. 3/2022, dated 01.07.2022, U/s 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 13(1)(d), 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act, PS- Mahanagar, Lucknow arising out of case Crime No. 112/2012 registered at PS- Mahanagar, Lucknow, pending in the Court of Special Judge, P.C. It is further prayed that the cognizance order dated 21.07.2022 and the order of framing of charge dated 06.11.2025 passed by Special Judge, P.C. Act, Court No. 1, Lucknow may also be quashed. At the very outset, learned State Counsel states that present application has now become infructuous as the charges have already been framed and the PW-1 has already been examined. 4.
