The Civil Application No.6339 of 2020 is filed by the Petitioner to add Sandip Ramrao Funde as Respondent No.13. 2. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Application stands allowed. It shall be however open for the added Respondent No.13 to satisfy this Court that he is not necessary party to the Petition. Consequently, the Petitioner is permitted to make additional pleadings as sought in the Application. Hence, Application stands allowed in terms of 920 WP 8288.2018.odt 1 of 2 prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. 3. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 4.
