It is now represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents that through written instructions received by him that the process for correcting the FMB sketch as prayed for by the petitioner through his representation dated 25.07.2022 has commenced and if sufficient time is granted, the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 3634 of 2023 and in accordance with law as directed by this Court. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that four weeks time would suffice for the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation seeking for correction of FMB sketch and extent of land. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2022, seeking for correction of FMB sketch and the extent of land pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition four weeks from today. 5. This Court is passing the aforesaid order based on the undertaking given by the respondents as recorded supra before this Court.
