Heard Sri Sk. Jahangeer Basha, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is against the inaction of the respondent No.4 in considering the application filed by the petitioner in Form-VI (A) under Rule 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1984 and the representation, dated 20.08.2025 for issuance of e-Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of the subject property over an extent of Ac.3.01 cents in Sy.No.29 of Pedagollapalem village of Sabbavaram Mandal, Anakapalli District erstwhile Visakhapatnam District. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the said application filed in accordance with law, no further proceedings have been issued by the Tahsildar in the said regard. 4.
Having regard to the contentions advanced, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the Tahsildar to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, on the application filed by the petitioner, dated 20.08.2025, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 4
