The petitioner has filed this petition with the following relief/s : “10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner for its kind perusal and thereafter allow the petition. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to quash the impugned notice dated 2/4/2025 (Annexure P-4) issued by the respondent No. 3 to petitioner. 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to grant bhumiswami right to the petitioner on the basis of lease/possession certificate dated 17/09/1994 issued by the Gram Panchayat, Hasaud. 10.4 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to grant any other relief or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case alongwith cost of the instant litigation, in the interest of justice.” 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that after issuance of notice to the petitioner which has been challenged in this petition, the vacating order has already 3 been passed, as such, the petitioner is required to file appropriate application before the appropriate forum. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not opposed the argument advanced by the respondent-State. 5. Considering the above facts, at this juncture, the petitioner is directed to avail the alternative remedy available under the law by filing appropriate application before the appropriate forum. 6.
