The instant criminal appeal under Section 14(A) (1) of SC/ST Act has been preferred against the cognizance taken in summoning order dated 18.09.2025 passed by learned Special Judge SC/ST Act in S.T. No.285 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 100 of 2025, Police Station Namisharanya District Sitapur whereby the cognizance has been taken against the appellants under Sections 352,115(2),191(2),191(3) B.N.S. and 3(1) Da, Dha and 3(2) (5) A of SC/ST Act. Hearad learned counsel for the appellants and learned A.G.A. for the State' 3. Learned counsel for the appellant , at this stage, has confined his prayer to the extent that the appellants may be permitted to appear before the court below for prayer of bail. The offenses are punishable with a maximum term of 7 years of imprisonment, therefore, a necessary direction may kindly be issued to the court below to consider the bail application of the appellants in terms of guidelines issued by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another (2022) 10 SCC 51. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellants. 5. In view of above prayer, the appeal is finally disposed of.
