Let respondent No.3, Station House Officer, Police Station - Mallawan, District - Hardoi file his personal affidavit within a period of three weeks with regard to the active investigation made in the case. List this case immediately after three weeks. " 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 08.08.2024 received Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rakesh K. Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Deshraj .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Govt. Of U.P. Civil Sectt. Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) from Sri Sanjai Kumar Rai, Sub Inspector, Police Station Mallawan, District Hardoi, submits that the victim had come to the Police Station on her own on 23.07.2024, got her statements recorded under Sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C., she was aged about 20 years and she admitted that she had gone with Santosh Kumar S/o Anil Kumar and, thereafter, on the basis of material collected during investigation and statements of the victim, Final Report No.24/2024 has been forwarded in the Court on 24.07.2024, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous.
