The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 467 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Hazaribagh. 3. On 20.12.2024, motorcycle of the informant parked near Shyam Bhawan, Mangal Bazar was stolen by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that stolen motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered from a place outside the house of this petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about eight months. 5. It appears that co-accused Amar Pratap Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 2375/2025 by order dated 25.03.2025. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hazaribagh in connection with Sadar P.S.
