Petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; "(a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari quashing the Impugned Communications bearing common No.F.WH-437/2014-15/KABA004/UGC-SWRO dated 18/07/2017, 04/8/2017, 16/3/2018 and 27/2/2019 at Annexure-A, B, C and D respectively issued by the Respondent in so far as the request/demand made by the Respondent for the refund of the grant and; (b) Prays to direct the Respondent to release the balance grant amount for the completion of the construction of the Women's Hostel in issue together with UGC grants/benefits to the Petitioners for the years 2015-16 to 2018-19 in the interest of justice and equity and/or issue any other order/s or direction/s to the Respondent in the matter, as this Hon'ble High Court may deems fit and thinks proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. (c) Award cost of the Writ Petition." 2.
