At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer to direct the respondent No.4 to decide the Review Application in an expeditious manner, which has been filed against the order dated 19th September, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the State/respondents would not oppose the aforesaid prayer.

Considering the aforesaid submission, as the petitioner has already assailed the order dated 19th September, 2023 by way of Review Application before respondent No.4, which is pending consideration, therefore, the said Authority is directed to decide the same within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
5. Consequently, all the pending applications also stand disposed of.
