The order sought to be reviewed has been passed by this Court on 07.09.2020 made in W.P.No.10676 of 2020. 2. The Review petitioner has instituted an Original Application before the Central Administrative Tribunal challenging the order of transfer. Since it came to be dismissed, the Writ Petition came to be filed. The Division Bench of this Court also disposed of the Writ Petition granting four weeks time to the petitioner to rejoin from the date of removing the lockdown as indicated by the Central Administrative Tribunal. 3. This order though passed in the year 2020 and the Review Application was filed in the year 2021, the same is listed for admission today i.e., on 08.12.2025. The petitioner has made an attempt to re- adjudicate the merits, which is impermissible in a review proceeding. In the even of not establishing error apparent on record, the review Application is not maintainable.
