(2) Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the following relief: “It is, therefore, humbly prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be kind enough to issue a Writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) to the respondent No. 2 to allow the petitioner Km. Aadhya Agrawal to continuously attend her classes, get studies/education from its school personally, with immediate effect, without any objection or hindrance from respondent No. 2 its staff, teachers and class mates, senior students etc.” (3) Petitioner is a student of 8th Standard in Woodstock School, Mussoorie. Management of the said school expelled her from hostel on the ground that she is unfit for boarding. This Court, vide order dated 15.2.2024, directed the Management of the said school to permit the petitioner to reside in hostel, with a further direction to the Principal to ensure that petitioner is not subjected to any harassment or bullying. (4) Mr. Aman Rab, learned Counsel appearing for the school, on instructions, submits that petitioner is still a student of the school and she is continuing as a boarder. He further submits that he has been instructed to make a statement that 2025:UHC:7793 school management will provide all support to petitioner so that she grows into a healthy personality. He submits that having regard to the relief claimed, the writ petition has become infructuous. (5) In such view of the matter, writ petition is disposed by taking the statement made by Mr. Aman Rab on the record.
