While placing on record copy of office order dated 12.12.2024, issued under the signature of Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands complied with. Having perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this court finds that petitioner herein has been considered to be deemed regular employee of the State from the date when she was initially appointed/joined as Lecturers on contract basis with all consequential benefits, however monetary benefits have been extended notionally. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly, same is disposed of. However, respondent is directed to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from aforesaid compliance, if not already released, are released expeditiously, preferably, within two months.
