Borbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. U. Das, learned Addl. Senior Govt. Advocate for all the respondents. 2. The petitioner is the registered owner of vehicles bearing registration No. AS-13-C-0335 (709 Truck), AS-01DD-3723 (Mini bus) and AS-13C-2048 (Bus), which were hired by the respondents on different dates between the year 2017- 2023 for the purpose of maintaining law and order situation. The petitioner thereafter raised her bill amounting to Rs. 87,81,082.00/- before the Page No.# 3/3 respondents. However, till date, as the said amount has not been paid to the petitioner, she is before this Court by way of the present writ petition. 3. The respondent No.7 has filed affidavit-in-opposition and in paragraph 3, it is stated that the bill amounting to Rs.82,40,094/- has already been forwarded to Assam Police Headquarters, Ulubari, Guwahati for according necessary sanction. 4. Ms. U. Das, learned Addl. Senior Govt. Advocate at this stage submits that as the respondents are admitting to an amount of only Rs. 82,40,094/- whereas, the claim of the petitioner is for an amount of Rs. 87,81,082/-, and therefore the respondents may be directed to have a proper re-verification and thereafter pay the admitted amount to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to have a re-verification of the claim made by the petitioner and thereafter, pay the admitted amount to the petitioner at the earliest. Let such exercise be carried out and completed within a period of 4(four) months from the date of receipt of a certified true copy of the order of this Court. 6.
